For 75 years, Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas has been changing lives by ensuring that justice is available to everyone—not just those who can afford an attorney. Since 1951, we have provided free, high-quality civil legal services to low-income individuals, families, veterans, seniors, children, and survivors of domestic violence throughout North and West Texas.

Today, the need is greater than ever.

Families across our communities continue to face life-changing civil legal challenges, including domestic violence, wrongful evictions, unsafe housing conditions, consumer fraud, child custody disputes, foreclosure, and the wrongful denial of veterans' and public benefits. Every day, people turn to Legal Aid seeking hope, protection, and justice during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

With offices serving both urban and rural communities across a 114-county service area, Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas remains committed to ensuring equal access to justice. While we provide legal advice and representation to thousands of eligible Texans each year, limited resources mean we cannot help every person who qualifies for our services.

You can help change that.

Double Your Impact

One of the most meaningful ways to support Legal Aid during North Texas Giving Day is through our Matching Gift Fund.

Every dollar donated to the Matching Gift Fund is matched dollar for dollar, doubling your impact and helping more families receive the legal assistance they desperately need.

* A $50 gift becomes $100.

* A $100 gift becomes $200.

* A $250 gift becomes $500.

Together, these gifts provide hope, protection, and access to justice for our neighbors who need it most.

Make a Gift or a Pledge

North Texas Giving Day is Thursday, September 17.

In addition to making a donation today, you may also make a pledge to support Legal Aid's Matching Gift Fund.

All matching gifts and pledges must be received by Wednesday, September 16, to qualify for the dollar-for-dollar match.

Our goal is to raise $3,000 or more for the Matching Gift Fund as part of our overall $20,000 North Texas Giving Day campaign goal. Every gift brings us one step closer to ensuring that more individuals and families have access to the legal help they deserve.
